my apologies for the big gap in time from the last posting, but I didn't realize just how much our little girl requires my attention 24/7! Now that she is a super crawler and pulls herself up on anything and everything…our lives are totally different….
Bella continues to amaze me…her strength and determination to get to whatever she wants to get to or "into" for that matter. She is standing and seemingly has no fear. She likes to show off and only use one hand to hold on to something while standing and sometimes likes to lift a leg to show she is really talented.
So Christmas came and went so fast as always…our FIRST GOMEZ three musketeer Christmas and it was excellent! Alvaro worked Christmas Eve and then we went to NLC Christmas service- home to open Bella's first Nativity book and daddy read it aloud. Of course we missed family but Bella felt no shortage in gifts…that is for sure….she LOVED getting a big box from grandma and grandpa…so special! And gifts from friends….so sweet! So many gifts it took her all day to open as she needed several naps in between from sheer exhaustion :)
We got to spend some time around the holidays in Miami with Alvaro's family including his mom here from Nicaragua! Of course everyone fell in love with Bella….

Bella…8 months and counting…she loves using ANYTHING to stand, enjoys pulling books out, tearing paper, and finding any cords around the house that she can get her hands on...
